I’m Jessica Grass, a Registered Psychotherapist working with individuals (17+) and couples both in-person and online. I have clinical expertise in treating people going through life transitions, young adults (20-somethings), grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and stress/burn-out.
I work from a philosophy that mental health is about being proactive, not reactive. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to happen to start going to counselling. Especially when you’re in the middle of a life transition (whether you’re a young adult or a retiree), it’s helpful to have someone guide you through the process of self-discovery. I use science-backed methods to help you through these difficulties – before a crisis occurs.
Life can be challenging, especially at key junctures in your life (like your 20s). Unfortunately, none of us are given a road map to help us figure it out. It’s easy to get lost on all of the twists and turns, especially when everything is up in the air and we feel like we have no idea who we are anymore.

I am trained in research-based treatment methods like CBT and Narrative therapy.
